Project Manager - D365 implementation

XAPT is looking for a skilled Project Manager to coordinate one of our many NAXT 365 ERP Implementations. Your role will be a client facing role, and you will be working with the delivery team, customer team, NAXT Software Operations team, and more throughout your various projects. You will play a key part in managing a successful project implementation for many of our customers in the Heavy Equipment Industry.Why Join Us?

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Leading the planning and implementation of projects
• Managing project scope, timelines, and budget
• Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Managing project risks and issues
• Coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure project success
• Providing leadership and direction to project team members
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
• Managing project change requests and ensuring they are properly documented
• Keeping current with new features and functionalities of our product NAXT 365
• Continuously monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring that it stays on schedule
• Managing the handover of the project to the customer
• Learn the Modules of NAXT 365
• Mentoring new consultants for fast growth within the XAPT Organization
• Build a communication channel with colleagues Globally

What we expect from you:

• University Degree in IT or Logistics or Engineering or Business Management, PMP is an advantage
• At least 4 years of experience as a Project manager in large scale software implementations.
• Extensive knowledge in Project management and its sub sections (scope, budget, cost, plan, quality, time, resource, management)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 software is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel (30-40 %)
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and Scrum
• Create and maintain the project implementation according to SEAL
• Organize and coordinate the project repositories for your projects
• Provide monthly reports on projects health to the PMO Manager
• Provide Weekly, BI-Weekly Project Status Documents for your projects to the PMO Manager
• Provide Weekly and Monthly Invoice Billing to Customer
• Manage the Deployment timeline of the NAXT 365 Solution Licenses
