This role focuses on process optimization, business intelligence, KPI development, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in current data reporting technologies, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions across the organization. The Data Analyst will work closely with data engineers and cross-functional teams in marketing, product, finance, and operations to empower data-driven decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to influence product roadmaps, support executive decisions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytical capabilities. As part of a collaborative, remote-first environment, you will be expected to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects
  • Collaborative mindset with a consultative problem-solving approach
  • Strategic business acumen to leverage data for improving key metrics
  • Curiosity, perseverance, and a passion for continuous learning

Preferred But Not Required

  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Segment, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Pendo

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards and visualizations, primarily in Tableau
  • Measure and report on key marketing, sales, product, and operational metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and engagement levels
  • Design and implement automated reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across departments
  • Ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits and troubleshooting data discrepancies
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance analytical tools and methodologies
  • Collaborate with data engineers and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals through data insights
  • Assist in defining KPIs and developing strategies to improve business performance
