About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Personal Injury Operations Team. This full-time, remote position is integral to enhancing our data-driven decision-making processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and improving client outcomes. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis, reporting, and predictive modeling to support strategic initiatives and daily operations within our legal services framework. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, IT, and business leadership, to develop insightful dashboards, conduct comprehensive analyses, and translate complex data into actionable strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal environment by harnessing data to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
• Proficiency with Sigma Computing or similar cloud-based BI tools
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery
• Expertise in analyzing large datasets and communicating insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Microsoft Power Query
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards to support leadership, legal, and operational teams
• Conduct analyses to generate insights and enhance the client experience throughout the legal process
• Develop predictive models to forecast case volume, staffing needs, and resource allocation
• Perform productivity analyses to evaluate team performance and identify areas for operational improvements
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for strategic planning and daily decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and develop scalable solutions
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used across reports and analyses
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting standards to ensure consistency organization-wide
• Partner with data engineering and IT teams to enhance data sources and improve reporting infrastructure
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the ongoing success of the team
