We’re hiring a Staff Data Engineer to lead complex data engagements and act as a force multiplier across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead large, complex data engineering projects
• Design scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
• Architect low-latency, high-volume data systems
• Align technical solutions with business outcomes
• Mentor and elevate other engineers
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Core Skills

• Strong Python and SQL
• Deep experience with ETL/ELT and data warehousing
• Snowflake,
• DBT
• Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Prefect

Nice to have:

• Streaming systems (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink)
• Data modeling at scale
• MLOps experience
