Are you an experienced QA Engineer with a passion for AI and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset?

We're hiring for a fast-growing fintech looking to embed its first dedicated QA into a high-performing, remote development team. This isn't about box-ticking – it's about real-world impact, smart automation, and helping shape how AI-driven features are built and tested.

What’s the mission?

Join a tight-knit product team as the go-to QA voice. You’ll own quality across pipelines and stand-ups, bringing clarity and structure where it's needed – all while collaborating with a charismatic Product Owner and three passionate developers.

The Essentials:

• Strong automation experience with Python
• Ability to test AI/LLM-powered features (not just textbook GPT – you know what good looks like)
• Comfortable testing back-end services and APIs
• Independent, curious, and proactive in your approach

What we’re not looking for:

Heavy reliance on certification or rigid QA standards. This team values adaptability, creativity, and practical expertise.
