• Develop Brain Lifts: Create a dynamic repository of expert insights that refine AI tools, guide strategic decisions, and deepen your understanding of the domain.
• Drive Product Iterations: Implement small, data-informed product enhancements weekly to align the product with a measurable business outcome.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Overseeing roadmaps or determining "what to build"
• Crafting exhaustive PRDs, managing backlogs, or detailing every screen or edge case
• Creating technical solutions or software architecture

Principal Product Manager Key Responsibilities

• Ensure desired product outcomes are achieved and validated through data analysis.

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in a product leadership role with experience in shaping product vision and owning the core problem-solution hypothesis.
• Proven track record of launching at least one product that reached users, with demonstrated learning from usage data or outcomes.
• Passion for integrating AI into daily work tasks such as research, analysis, synthesis, or strategy.
