About the Role:
A fast-paced digital agency is looking for a freelance Creative Project & Account Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality marketing and content campaigns for a major global tech client. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, including consultants, designers, video producers and writers, to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of content and creative assets: videos, case studies, editorial, campaign collateral and more
- Act as the day-to-day contact for client teams, translating briefs into clear project plans
- Manage budgets, timings, resources and workflows across multiple workstreams
- Spot new opportunities within accounts and support wider growth efforts
- Help embed best practices and mentor more junior team members where needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Project or Account Manager in a creative or marketing agency
- Strong portfolio of managing B2B content campaigns
- Excellent communicator: written, verbal and client-facing
- Skilled at managing multiple deadlines and coordinating remote teams
- Detail-driven with a proactive mindset
- Experience managing international video projects is a real bonus
