About the Company

We are partnering with a multi-award-winning, venture-backed cybersecurity SaaS company leading the market in Pre-Emptive Exposure Management.

Their platform combines real-time threat telemetry, automated red teaming, and external attack surface management (EASM) to continuously identify and validate real-world security exposures.

As they scale globally, they are building a greenfield Technical Account Management (TAM) function to support enterprise growth across UK&I and the US.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Head of Technical Account Management to build and lead a global TAM function from scratch.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will act as a trusted technical advisor to Fortune 500 CISOs, guiding them through complex security evaluations, attacker simulation outcomes, and long-term adoption strategies.

You will bridge Offensive Security, Customer Success, and Product Innovation, translating adversary tradecraft into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & Scale TAM Function: Define and execute the global TAM strategy, including engagement models, success metrics (KPIs), hiring plans, and operating frameworks
  • Technical Leadership: Act as the senior technical authority for enterprise clients across post-sales lifecycle management
  • Pre & Post-Sales Ownership: Lead Proof of Value (PoV) engagements and drive customer adoption, expansion, and retention
  • Customer Advisory: Run deep-dive technical workshops, attack simulation sessions, and executive briefings with CISOs and security leaders
  • Playbook Development: Create TAM playbooks, processes, escalation paths, and best practices for global scalability
  • Offensive Security Translation: Convert real-time attacker telemetry and red team outputs into actionable defense strategies
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Offensive Research teams to shape roadmap based on customer threat insights
  • Attack Maturity Enablement: Help customers operationalise adversary emulation programs, including architecture reviews and long-term security posture improvementWho Should Apply?Ideal Profile:
  • Experienced Technical Account Manager / Customer Success Leader with a strong Offensive Security or Red Teaming background

  • Lead Red Teamer / Principal Penetration Tester looking to transition into strategic leadershipRequired Skills & ExperienceCustomer Success & SaaS Leadership
  • Proven experience building or scaling TAM, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, adoption frameworks, and retention strategiesEnterprise Stakeholder Management
  • Experience engaging Fortune 500 CISOs, Heads of Security, and Detection Engineering leaders
  • Ability to operate as a strategic advisor and executive-level communicatorOffensive Security Expertise
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Red Teaming / Penetration Testing / Adversary Emulation
  • Exploit Development or Vulnerability Research
  • Deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, attack chains, and threat actor methodologiesTechnical Depth
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Active Directory & Windows Internals
