Job description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Sr. System Analysts/Product Owner– 12+ years of experience
2. Agile/Scrum/SAFe, Product Roadmaps, Jira, Jira align, PI planning & execution, cross-functional leadership – 12+ years
3. Work with the team level as well as the program level to create, prioritize and manage product backlog
4. Create, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and ROI
5. Ensure features are sufficiently refined and ready for execution, with clear business and functional requirements and acceptance criteria
6. Collaborate with business to conduct UAT, releases and oversee the product launches and go-to-market plans; identify and report risks
7. Strong analytical mindset, ability to use data & KPIs to drive decisions; Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
8. Experience with Web & Mobile applications, APIs & backend systems
9. Technical knowhow of complex application integrations, SDLC, application testing and release processes
10. Well-versed in an onshore-offshore execution model, ability to own from concept to completion
11. Ensure features are sufficiently refined and ready for execution, with clear business and functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
