Job Description As the Digitalization Unit of T‑Systems (TDU), we lead and enable the global ERP transformation that powers the company’s next‑generation business operations. In this central role, we collaborate closely with the IT organization, business stakeholders, and our digitalization teams to drive sustainable, global impact. Your tasks:

• In the role as Product Owner for Billing and Logistic, you define and manage collaboration with relevant cross-functional Business Owners planning and execution of functional IT demands in the SAP ERP environment
• Defining Global E2E billing processes together with the TS finance business and derive suitable SAP ERP solutions
• Define annual roadmap for your product in alignment with other business demands in your IT hub
• Prioritize business demands based on WSJF for quarterly plannings (PiPs)
• Tracking of fulfillment of prioritized business demands
• Support testing activities and quality assurance
• Support Business Owners to define business demands and clarify requirements
• Define and manage collaboration with relevant cross-functional Business Owners for planning and execution of measures
• Create transparency towards all stakeholders about the status and risks of measures
• Create insightful presentations and steerco recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• several years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or transformation roles, preferably in Finance enviroment
• Strong business understanding of financial processes, especially financial billing, and intercompany charging
• SAP expertise with a focus on billing processes (e.g., SD Billing, FI-AR) as well as hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
• Proven experience in global process standardization, template design, and international rollouts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and translate data into strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align across multiple levels
• Solid project and product management experience, with the ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Result-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset
