Product Manager

Portugal, PT Mid-level (2-3 Years) Full remote We are seeking a Product Manager who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity. What Is This Challenge About

• Understand how the current product works and the roadmap for growth – including how it meets the needs and market opportunity;
• Break down the product goals for member acquisition and treatment outcomes into measurable, actionable product KPIs;
• Develop a method to implement experiments;
• Develop roadmaps with support from key stakeholders to improve KPIs;
• Deliver first successful experiments across both sets of products;
• Own the long-term product vision for the product, aligning user needs, commercial impact.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, growth or a related field;
• Experience with build and deploy smart tests to grow from sub-scale to fully scaled;
• Ability to make hypothesis-driven, data-informed decisions and use key analysis tools to turn experiments into product.
• A demonstrated ability to be resourceful, with a consistent history of achieving significant results even when resources are limited;
• Fluent level of english.
