  • Must be living in the following states to be considered: Florida (FL), Georgia (GA) , Illinois (IL), Iowa (IA), Nevada (NV), North Carolina (NC), Pennsylvania (PA), Texas (TX), Washington (WA), Virginia (VA)

We’re looking for a Web Project Manager to support our client’s Growth Marketing team on day-to-day web operations and execution. In this role, you’ll help maintain and optimize web experiences, assist with campaign-related landing pages and experimentation efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure our digital properties contribute to marketing and business goals.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop deeper skills in web platforms, analytics, experimentation, and marketing systems. You’ll partner closely with our Web Marketing Lead to learn best practices, support projects, and grow your understanding of how web performance drives acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Web Updates & Operations

  • Update website content in the CMS following brand, UX, accessibility, and QA standards
  • Help maintain landing pages, campaign pages, and microsites including link tracking and attribution setup
  • Manage basic link tagging, QR codes, short URLs, and campaign attribution parameters
  • Maintain documentation of processes, standards, naming conventions, and governance practices

Experimentation & CRO Support

  • Assist with light experimentation efforts including: hypothesis creation, success metrics, test setup, and variation organization
  • Help document and communicate test results and insights under guidance from the Web Marketing Lead
  • Support CRO analysis by pulling performance data and helping identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion on landing pages
  • Learn structured testing approaches beyond creative-only variants (web experience preferred over email-only testing)

Analytics & Insights

  • Pull basic performance data from analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio)
  • Help prepare reporting on traffic, engagement, funnel metrics, and conversion
  • Support discussions on how web changes contribute to measurable business outcomes
  • Participate in building lightweight performance dashboards or recurring reporting templates

Project & Workflow Management

  • Coordinate small web requests by gathering requirements, assets, approvals, and timelines
  • Track tasks in project tools (Airtable, Jira, Asana, etc.) and summarize progress for the Web Marketing Lead
  • Manage competing priorities, escalate blockers appropriately, and keep stakeholders informed without heavy project manager oversight
  • Participate in sprint planning, roadmap reviews, or other operational ceremonies as needed

Platform Enablement & Documentation

  • Learn core capabilities of the CMS and connected web systems to support execution and enable self-service where appropriate
  • Maintain resource libraries, training materials, and internal knowledge documentation
  • Contribute to evolving standards and lightweight governance practices for web operations

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, creative, and communications partners to move work through review cycles
  • Communicate status updates clearly and align expectations on timing and outputs
  • Engage stakeholders in a structured and organized way to reduce project friction

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, web production, experimentation, or related roles (internship/contract experience welcome)
  • Familiarity with web content management systems (Contentful or similar preferred)
  • Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation beyond campaign-only variants (web or landing page testing strongly preferred)
  • Understanding of how web performance contributes to acquisition, engagement, and conversion goals
  • Exposure to GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools
  • Exposure to SEO, web performance, or accessibility standards
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or design collaboration environments
  • HTML/CSS or tag management literacy (GTM)
  • Experience supporting marketing landing pages or web campaigns
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in structured project tools (Airtable, Jira, Asana, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and documentation habits
  • Interest in CRO, funnel optimization, UX, and data-informed decision-making
