About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER I (APPLIED AI) is responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for AI-driven solutions that enhance how home service professionals manage their businesses. This role involves identifying key workflows for AI integration, leading cross-functional teams, and continuously improving products based on customer and business impact. The position is critical for delivering AI experiences that are trustworthy, efficient, and aligned with professional needs.
Responsibilities:
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Applied AI product experiences
- Analyze customer workflows to identify AI leverage points
- Conduct market research and synthesize customer feedback into product requirements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other partners to validate and deliver solutions
- Guide AI model behavior and system constraints to balance performance and delivery
- Design user interactions that ensure transparency and control
- Lead product execution including roadmap and sprint planning
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and quality measures
- Coordinate product launches and monitor adoption
- Build feedback loops from analytics and user data to improve AI experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years product management experience with successful product launches
- Experience with AI-powered or technically complex products
- Technical understanding of AI concepts including large language models and system tradeoffs
- Ability to define product metrics and feedback systems
- Skilled in agile development, product strategy, UX principles, and analytics tools
- Experience with growth and analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Segment)
- Proven use of AI tools to enhance team efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
