2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Engineering Manager will lead a team responsible for developing AI-powered systems to support the organization''s go-to-market functions. This role involves hands-on leadership across multiple departments, translating ambiguous business challenges into effective product solutions and workflows that enhance revenue, conversion, productivity, or quality. The position requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and data teams to deliver measurable impact.
3. Responsibilities:
- Lead a full-stack engineering team from problem identification through to production, measurement, and iteration.
- Define clear outcomes and execution plans aligned with company goals.
- Establish engineering strategies for quality, reliability, security, privacy, and operational health.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered products that transform team workflows.
- Recruit, develop, and manage engineering staff, maintaining high performance standards.
- Monitor capacity, dependencies, forecasts, and risks proactively.
- Collaborate with go-to-market and operations leaders to identify problems, prototype solutions, and define success metrics.
- Build internal products and AI workflows to improve key business metrics.
- Manage cross-system integrations including Salesforce, data, product, and AI services.
4. Requirements:
- Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering measurable customer or business outcomes.
- Technical expertise to challenge architectural and operational decisions.
- Experience setting engineering strategies and making prioritization decisions.
- Demonstrated success shipping AI-powered products or workflows with measurable results.
- Experience hiring, developing, and managing engineering talent.
- Ability to build partnerships across product, design, and business teams with a clear engineering perspective.
