About the Role

Symplast is seeking a Product Owner to help drive the development of innovative technology solutions that power modern Aesthetics and MedSpa practices. This role is responsible for translating the needs of providers, practice staff, and patients into scalable, user-friendly products that improve patient engagement, streamline practice operations, and support revenue growth. Working in an Agile environment, the Product Owner partners closely with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to own the product lifecycle from concept through launch. This role ensures products align with Symplast’s platform vision, industry regulations, and real-world clinical workflows, delivering measurable value to practices and an exceptional experience for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and conduct market research to gather insights, translate concepts into projects to achieve company objectives. This drives the development and refinement of the product vision, strategy, and features to ensure the achievement of success metrics.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring widespread engagement and adoption.
  • Conduct and analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
  • Actively contribute to the execution of the product roadmap, effectively prioritizing efforts to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Operate within an Agile framework, consistently reassessing business requirements, refining priorities, and translating product requirements into clear user stories.
  • Manage the sprint backlog for assigned projects, maintaining a balance between stakeholder requirements and project priorities.
  • Engage with team members throughout the day to ensure real-time progress and effective collaboration.
  • Facilitate seamless product development and deployment by actively engaging with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement successful go-to-market plans, ensuring effective product launch and adoption strategies.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Required experience in effectively delivering products across Patient Relationship Management tools, Project Management, Financials, and/or Data Segregation is required.

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated strengths in problem-solving, deductive reasoning, initiative, organization, and personal accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging, influencing, and inspiring partners and stakeholders to encourage collaboration and alignment.
  • Preferred industry experience in Aesthetics, Plastics, and/or Medspa, though not mandatory.
