About The Role The Healthcare Data Analyst plays a vital role within our multidisciplinary team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting healthcare data to support decision-making processes and project objectives. This position involves working closely with various stakeholders to generate actionable insights that can lead to improved healthcare delivery and community health outcomes. The analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate complex data in an understandable manner, enabling teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field such as Data Science, Public Health, Statistics, or related disciplines
- Master’s degree (MA/MS) preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or related fields
- Healthcare experience is highly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively
- Foundational knowledge of data management and analytics principles

- Partner with analytics and project teams to uphold data governance and data integrity standards
- Support the development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings
- Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout all analysis processes
- Stay updated on emerging data analysis techniques and healthcare industry trends
- Assist in training and mentoring team members on data analysis best practices
