About the Role:
StratusLIVE is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level projects for our nonprofit customers.
This role is responsible for driving projects from planning through completion, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables while coordinating across multiple client stakeholders and internal technical teams. You'll serve as the primary project leader, ensuring clear communication, strong execution, and an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Lead complex, full-lifecycle enterprise technology projects
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary liaison between customer sponsors, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Manage multiple stakeholder groups, workstreams, dependencies, and competing priorities
- Lead requirements gathering and help translate business needs into actionable project requirements
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and roadblocks
- Coordinate closely with Product, Development, and other technical teams
- Provide clear project status, expectations, and next steps throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of project management experience in a technology or software environment
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong project planning, organization, and risk-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with Agile project methodologies
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to effectively work across technical, business, and executive stakeholders
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP experience highly preferred
- Nonprofit, fundraising, advancement, or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
