Compensation: Up to €75 per hour**,** with flexibility for exceptional candidates
As part of the Global Timekeeping Program, we are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the Global Design and UK Pilot phase in partnership with our Implementation Partner, followed by full ownership of the change management workstream for subsequent global rollouts.
During the 2026 UK Pilot, this role will be responsible for the company’s change management activities - including stakeholder engagement, executive alignment, change champion activation, training readiness, and the review and approval of Implementation Partner-developed communications and training materials.
Key Responsibilities:Change Management
- Co-develop and own the Change Management Strategy and Plan for the UK Pilot, scalable for global rollouts.
- Lead stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness planning.
- Establish and manage a Change Network and engage Change Champions.
- Drive executive alignment and ongoing leadership communication.
- Capture lessons learned and create a Change Management Playbook for future waves.
Communications
- Design and deliver targeted communications by stakeholder group.
- Oversee multi-channel messaging for pre-, during-, and post–go-live phases.
- Partner with local liaisons to cascade communications globally.
- Monitor feedback and sentiment to gauge readiness and adoption.
Training
- Develop and lead the Training Strategy and Plan, including curriculum design and delivery.
- Oversee creation of role-based training materials (guides, job aids, FAQs).
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and post–go-live support activities.
- Coordinate with local teams to deliver effective virtual and in-person training.
Experience & Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in Program/Project Management and Change Management.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci or ACMP certification preferred).
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
- Skilled in facilitation, storytelling, and influencing across diverse, global teams.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to lead through influence in complex environments.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and effective in managing multiple priorities independently.
