As the Finance Project Manager, you will be the strategic engine driving EMEA operational workflows forward. You will orchestrate complex, cross-entity coordination cycles, manage the implementation of critical compliance frameworks, and serve as the lead for high-priority organizational initiatives.

Your Tasks Will Include:
- Own the end-to-end audit calendar for 10 EMEA entities, ensuring all milestones are met and external auditor requirements are delivered accurately.
- Track audit findings to closure by driving root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and control re-performance.
- Lead cross-functional finance projects (IT, Customer Success, Finance) from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
- Identify process gaps and propose automation or system enhancements.
- Act as the central bridge between internal departments and external partners, providing regular strategic updates to the EMEA Finance Director and VP of Finance.
- Support team-wide adoption of new systems and processes through clear documentation, training, and a culture of continuous improvement.
To be a good fit for the Finance Project Manager role, you will have:
- 4+ years experience in Project Management within a multi national environment.
- Proven success leading cross-functional projects.
- Experience with an ERP system - MS 365 is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Basic understanding of Audits and AP/AR/GL
- Basic understanding of SOX controls and finance policy governance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
