We are seeking a Communications Project Coordinator who will play a pivotal role throughout the customer journey at . You will be responsible for planning, creating, and updating clear and engaging communications and content for our customers and community. In addition, this role includes participating in and following up on project kick-offs, onboarding clients, and supporting projects until they go live, ensuring that every customer receives support that is proactive, responsive, and effective. Working closely with experts overseeing projects, you’ll assist with problem-solving, stakeholder management, and have the opportunity to guide junior coordinators.
Key tasks
- Community Communication: Plan and execute monthly and weekly communication strategies, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information to our community.
- Help Center & Knowledge Hub: Take partial ownership of our help center, where you will be writing, reviewing, and allocating articles. You will also develop and update content within the knowledge hub to keep content current and relevant.
- Course Development & Product Updates: Build and update community courses, coordinating with product teams to communicate updates clearly to the community and customers.
- Events and Webinars: Support the organization and scheduling of events and webinars, ensuring they align with our communication goals.
- Customer Communication & support: Ensure that new content and updates are shared with customers through appropriate channels, and if needed support our existing customers with product related questions.
Project Coordination: Proactively follow up on plans, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and mentor junior coordinators. Troubleshoot, report bugs, and collect product feedback.

You'll also need a flexible and quick mind to learn quickly works and be able to answer customer questions autonomously if necessary
Must-haves
- 2+ years in project management, support, or client-facing roles.
- Strong management and coaching background (5+ years)
- Ability to think both critically and creatively, work to deadlines and iterate on feedback quickly
- Native-level fluency in English
- A growth mindset and a coaching attitude
- Willingness to work with a wide variety of subjects
