Our client is looking for a Manager of Enterprise Business Solutions to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions that support organizational strategy and day-to-day operations.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, overseeing a mixed team of .NET and Power Platform developers while driving modern application architecture, AI adoption, and efficient delivery practices.

Role Overview

The Manager of Enterprise Business Solutions partners closely with business and IT leaders to translate needs into scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions. This role owns end-to-end solution delivery, team development, and alignment with enterprise IT standards, balancing speed, quality, and long-term sustainability in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional team specializing in .NET, Power Platform, and integration technologies
• Define and promote enterprise standards for AI, automation, and modern development practices
• Serve as the primary connection between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and data teams to ensure governance and enterprise alignment
• Present technical strategies and solution outcomes to senior leaders with confidence and clarity
• Own full solution lifecycles—from discovery and design through launch, adoption, and ongoing support
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
• Balance low-code and pro-code approaches to optimize efficiency and maintainability
• Drive agile delivery, continuous improvement, and iterative releases
• Apply sound project and risk management to deliver on time and within budget
• Integrate AI, analytics, and automation capabilities into enterprise applications
• Guide build-vs-buy decisions and evaluate emerging technologies
• Partner with business teams to prioritize automation and process improvement initiatives
• Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to build a high-performing delivery culture
• Establish goals, measure performance, and maintain accountability
• Foster strong collaboration across IT, business, and clinical teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application development or solution delivery
• 3+ years in a people management or technical leadership role
• Experience leading hybrid teams using .NET, Power Platform, or comparable technologies
• Background driving technology adoption and organizational change
• Experience with AI or automation initiatives is strongly preferred

Preferred Credentials

• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, Dynamics)
• Project management or Agile certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and cloud platforms
• Deep familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, and Dataverse
• Ability to manage complex initiatives using Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams
• Commitment to inclusion and effective collaboration across diverse groups
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide AI and automation adoption with appropriate governance and change management
• Understanding of data pipelines, analytics integration, and AI enablement
