• Development Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, address questions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape, informing product decisions and feature development.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and changes.
• Performance Metrics: Establish success metrics and KPIs for product performance, analyze data, and leverage insights to drive product enhancements.
• User Experience Advocacy: Ensure that product features are designed with the user experience in mind, advocating for user-centered design principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in product management or product ownership, preferably within the software development or AI industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!) and software development processes.
