A Change and Transformation Project Manager needed by global manufacturing group on a major transformation program to lead high-impact operational footprint projects across Europe. This is a rare opportunity to step into an international program, working at the heart of manufacturing change with real visibility and influence. What you’ll do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of operational footprint projects
• Partner with Engineering, R&D, Sales, and Finance to align priorities
• Manage documentation, approvals, and reporting for senior stakeholders
• Oversee governance, risks, and execution across multiple sites
• Travel up to 40% to manufacturing locations to support key milestones

• Solid Project Management experience in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial settings
• Proven track record managing cross-functional, multi-workstream projects
• Strong documentation and reporting discipline
• Fluency in English – other EU languages Spanish / Italian / German or Polish a plus
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence at all levels
