Project Manager

Please note all applicants must be a current US resident.ESI is now hiring a Project Manager for a remote position to be worked in EST time zone, with a preferred location of Florida.POSITION SUMMARY:

ESI is seeking a Project Manager who is responsible for planning, managing, and implementing projects following internal deadlines and a budget. This includes managing resources, coordinating the efforts of team members, and interfacing directly with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and successful solution delivery. The Project Manager will work directly with customers to efficiently collect business requirements and analyze their current processes. This position will allow provide the opportunity to guide project teams on best practices in project management, management changes, and new process adoption support for end users. The Project Manager will report to the Vice President of Professional Services. Candidates who live in Florida or can work in the EST time zone are ideal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience managing software implementation or SaaS projects, preferably within Professional Services or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proven ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Confluence).
• Experience working with or for government agencies or public sector clients is preferred
• Knowledge of business process automation or no-code/low-code platforms is preferred
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification is preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads end-to-end project delivery for platform implementations, from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and client satisfaction.
• Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develops and manages detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Manages internal teams including business analysts, solution engineers, and technical consultants.
• Identifies and manages project risks and issues, escalating as needed.
• Conducts regular project status meetings and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Support the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and change orders.
• Leverages project management software to create dashboards, reports and automated follow ups.
• Leverages AI to identify risks and late tasks.
• Any other duties as assigned.
