We are looking for a specialist to join our marketing team and support key international projects. The role will focus on consumer journey design, collaboration with cross-functional teams and local markets, piloting new solutions, and ensuring smooth deployment. The goal is to deliver project milestones on time, achieve high stakeholder satisfaction, and drive measurable business results, including improved consumer retention and engagement. - Support the development and refinement of consumer journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Co-create solutions with selected markets to secure local relevance
- Support pilot activities, analyze data, and provide insights for rollouts
- Plan deployment timelines and monitor progress with regional teams
- Actively participate in marketing team initiatives and contribute to shared goals
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project or program management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in customer/consumer journey design or management
- Solid commercial awareness and business acumen
- Proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively
- Willingness to travel
- Residing in Poland required
