The company is seeking an HR Project Manager, Compliance to join their EMEA team and play a pivotal role in managing workforce compliance initiatives across multiple countries. This role will focus on ensuring contingent workforce compliance, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and company workforce policies. The HR Project Manager will work with cross-functional teams to standardize policies, conduct compliance audits, and drive remediation efforts to ensure the company remains in compliance with current and future regulations.

The Role
As an HR Project Manager, Compliance, the responsibilities include:
- Supporting local teams across EMEA with frameworks, tools, and guidelines to ensure contingent workforce compliance.
- Influencing senior stakeholders to implement standardized workforce policies and processes across 20+ EMEA countries.
- Conducting compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, driving remediation efforts where necessary.
- Collaborating with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams to implement compliant workforce strategies.
- Engaging with vendors, contractors, and external partners to optimize workforce classification, contracts, and regulatory processes.
- Developing scalable frameworks and policies to anticipate and adapt to changes in EMEA labor laws.
- Providing data-driven insights and reports on workforce trends, compliance risks, and potential areas for improvement.
- Championing workforce governance and operational efficiency, embedding a culture of compliance across the region.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Project Manager with a strong focus on compliance and workforce governance. You will have a deep understanding of labor laws across EMEA and experience managing multi-country compliance frameworks. You thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment and enjoy working cross-functionally to implement change.
You will:
- Have 7+ years of project management experience in HR compliance, workforce governance, or contingent labor management.
- Be highly knowledgeable about UK, EU, and EMEA labor laws and contingent workforce regulations.
- Have proven experience in managing multi-country compliance frameworks across EMEA.
- Be comfortable leading cross-functional projects and collaborating closely with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Have analytical expertise, with the ability to analyze data, track compliance, and provide reports to drive decision-making.
- Be proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in workforce governance and HR policy standardization.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.
- Background in HR Operations, employment law compliance, or labor law consultancy.
- Exposure to fast-paced, multinational environments with contingent workforce responsibilities.
