We’re hiring for a Growth Manager - Performance Marketing (German speaker, based in Germany)Your responsibilities:

As a Growth Manager at Sense Media, you will:

Own performance channels

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Manage full-funnel paid strategies focused on revenue, CAC, LTV, and payback - not vanity metrics 
  • Build and scale high-performance campaign structures that balance efficiency and experimentation

Drive Client Growth

  • Act as a strategic sparring partner for founders, CMOs, and growth teams
  • Develop hypotheses, execute experiments, and run structured testing roadmaps
  • Produce weekly reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations

Understand the entire marketing ecosystem

  • Collaborate with tracking specialists on conversion tracking, offline conversions, CRM syncing, server-side tracking, and attribution setups
  • Work with designers/creators to produce high-quality ad assets and creative tests
  • Research trends, competitor strategies, and platform changes to continually improve performance

Deliver high-quality, senior-level thinking:

  • Challenge assumptions, push best practices, and proactively solve problems
  • Contribute to the internal playbooks, frameworks, and processes that make Sense Media elite

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ideally LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.)
  • (Optional) Experience working with tracking setups (GA4, GTM, Hubspot)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English
