Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed and complex business requirements for batch release and certification processes.
• Lead workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and future needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

System Support & Optimization:

• Oversee support for IT systems related to batch release and certification, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Identify strategic opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to plan and implement major system changes and upgrades.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

• Act as a key liaison between senior business stakeholders and IT leadership, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.
• Develop and deliver high-level training materials and documentation for end-users and other stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular executive-level updates on progress and issues.

Compliance & Regulatory Support:

• Ensure that all processes and systems comply with relevant regulations and Roche quality standards, providing expert guidance on compliance matters.
• Lead support for audits and inspections related to batch release and certification, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes andprovide strategic recommendations.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts.
• Assign tasks, manage workload, and ensure team productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
