We’re a Forbes featured advertising agency working with disruptive brands across multiple industries. We don’t just keep up with trends, we set them. As part of our mission to future-proof our clients’ growth, we are building a SaaS platform and dashboard for our clients that will aid their advertising needs.
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of building products from the ground up in fast-paced environments. This role requires someone who is both strategically minded and operationally excellent, with a deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for process-driven product development.
Product Strategy & Vision
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for our AdTech platform from conception to launch
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, with particular focus on 0-to-1 product development
- Collaborate with leadership to define and communicate product vision across the organization
Customer-Centric Product Development
- Conduct deep customer research to understand advertiser and publisher pain points
- Develop strong empathy for client experiences across all touchpoints
- Translate customer insights into actionable product features and improvements
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with key clients to validate product decisions
Process & Execution Excellence
- Establish and maintain rigorous product development processes and frameworks
- Manage product backlogs, ticket prioritization, and sprint planning with meticulous attention to detail
- Create and maintain comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
- Implement structured workflows for feature specification, development, and release
- Drive cross-functional alignment through clear documentation and communication
Task & Vision Management
- Break down complex product visions into manageable, actionable tasks
- Coordinate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor and report on product metrics, KPIs, and development progress
- Manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions about resource allocation
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to understand market demands
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences
- Present product updates and roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
Experience
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or related B2B SaaS environments
- Proven 0-to-1 product development experience - must have launched products from initial concept to market
- Experience with ticket/task management systems (Jira, Linear, Asana, etc.) and agile development processes
- Strong background in writing detailed PRDs and technical specifications
Technical Skills
- Understanding of programmatic advertising, RTB, DSPs/SSPs, or related AdTech concepts
- Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with API integrations and technical product requirements
- Basic understanding of web technologies and advertising ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at early-stage startups or high-growth AdTech companies
- Background in performance marketing, media buying, or client-facing advertising roles
- Experience with creative optimization tools and ad rendering pipelines
- Understanding of brand safety, compliance requirements, and advertising standards
- Experience managing products with real-time advertising requirements
- Technical background or engineering experience
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
