Technical Product Owner (W2 Contract)

Skills needed –

• Seasoned PO with 5+ years of experience as Technical PO
• Must have skills –
• DB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs
• Candidate must have end-to-end inbound contact center experience as a Technical PO.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders
• Ability to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated acceptance criteria
• Extensive knowledge on Twilio Voice and end-to-end contact center functionalities
• Self-driven with strong inter-personal skills
• Ability to drive business discovery sessions independently
• Ability to translate high level business needs into clearly articulated user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Own the end-to-end implementation process from a product standpoint
• Preferred skills –
• Familiar with Twilio Insights
• Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting
• Exposure to Twilio voice AI is a bonus.
