Director, Technical Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Director Technical Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Finance & Insurance space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annually. Responsibilities

• Define technology product strategy aligned with business objectives and priorities
• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Product Managers and developers
• Oversee the application development lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Implement technology roadmaps that drive innovation and competitive advantage
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes
• Manage resource allocation, budgets, and vendor relationships effectively

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience working with external service providers and software development teams
• Strong ability to translate product requirements and deliver high-quality technology solutions
• Solid understanding of UX/UI and user-centered design principles
• Experience with Agile product development and proficient in Jira management
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving business demands
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels
