🎛️ In a nutshell: this role owns the delivery engine of the agency. You hold the moving parts that turn strategy into standout campaigns - onboarding new clients, mapping delivery timelines and allocating the right people to the right work. You’re constantly scanning the system - making sure designers have the briefs they need, content leads have clear timelines, contractors know what’s next, and clients receive great work exactly when they expect it.
📅 The delivery rhythm: One day you’re onboarding a new B Corp client - mapping the first month of delivery and aligning the team around clear timelines; the next you’re creating briefs for designers, ensuring campaigns stay on track, and preparing reports for the client review session. You’ll thrive on the pace, variety and challenge of keeping operations seamless and efficient - making sure every client experience feels smooth, proactive and brilliantly run.

🧭 Work Design & Flexibility: Part-time role (0.7 FTE | 25 hrs x week, across five days). Salary from $110,000 + super. There is flex in how those hours are shaped. Ideally you’re based in NSW or VIC, but we’re open to QLD or SA for the right person. You’ll report directly to the founder and lead a small team, with real ownership in how you run your function. You’ll also need full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
🌟 Bonus: While great operators come from many paths, experience inside a marketing or creative agency delivery environment is essential for this role. You might have worked as a Senior Project Manager, Delivery, Operations Manager or Account Manager - what matters most is that you’ve managed multiple client projects, coordinated teams, and kept complex delivery running smoothly. What's involved:
〰️ 60% Delivery Engine
Keep the operational engine of the agency running like clockwork. Translate strategy into clear delivery plans, move briefs through the system, and allocate the right mix of content leads, designers and contractors to each client. From onboarding new clients to mapping monthly content cycles and keeping campaigns moving through production, you’ll lead the delivery team day-to-day - setting clear expectations, coordinating work, and ensuring the team feels supported to do their best work.
〰️ 30% Client Delivery & Retention
Own the delivery experience for every client. Lead onboarding welcoming clients, coordinate internal kickoffs, and ensure reporting, approvals and campaign milestones land exactly when they should. Work closely with content leads who hold the day-to-day client relationship to keep the delivery side of each partnership organised and one step ahead - while constantly raising the bar on client satisfaction.
〰️ 10% Systems & Smart Automation
Continuously strengthen how the agency operates as it grows. Identify smarter ways to run delivery - refine workflows, improve visibility across capacity and timelines, and embed AI tools or automations that streamline content production, reporting and campaign planning. You’ll help set the foundations that protect efficiency and margins while enabling the agency to meet its ambitious growth targets.
