Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for ServiceNow Project Coordinator to keep the project on track across both phases — managing timelines, communication, risk, and the day-to-day delivery rhythm. Coordinator does not manage the budget directly (unless scoped), but ensures everything runs smoothly between the client and the delivery team.

Upon completion of each phase, the following deliverables will be provided:

• Configured and tested ServiceNow instance with all in-scope user stories implemented.
• Update set(s) for deployment to target environments (UAT / Production).
• Story-level acceptance test results (test evidence per user story).
• Technical handover notes covering configuration decisions and any deviations from original requirements.

Acceptance Criteria:

Each user story will be considered complete when:

• The functionality has been implemented in the agreed ServiceNow environment.
• Unit testing has been completed and results shared with the client.
• The client's designated tester has confirmed acceptance in writing (email or ticketing system).
• The update set has been successfully promoted to the UAT environment.

Out of scope:

The following items are explicitly excluded from this engagement unless separately agreed in writing:

• Integration with external ERP, PLM, or third-party systems.
• Data migration of historical change records.
• Training, end-user documentation, or change management (organizational).
• Infrastructure, licensing, or ServiceNow platform upgrades.
• Custom reporting or dashboards beyond what is required by individual stories.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain the project plan and sprint schedule across both phases (~150h each)
• Organize and facilitate sprint ceremonies: kick-offs, reviews, retrospectives
• Track story progress and flag blockers or delays early
• Manage the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Coordinate client-side availability for UAT and sign-off milestones
• Prepare and distribute status reports to stakeholders
• Manage communication between the BA, developer, and client point of contact
• Ensure update set promotions and environment access are arranged on time
