Key Challenges / Projects
The team is expected to work on a variety of complex technical problems, including:
- Designing systems that capture and connect relationships across the entertainment industry.
- Building modern CRM workflows to replace fragmented legacy tools and spreadsheets.
- Developing AI-powered features that surface insights from operational data.
- Creating APIs and services supporting complex deal and workflow management.
- Migrating legacy applications into modern web-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable web applications and APIs.
- Drive architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems.
- Design and develop systems supporting complex business workflows.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions.
- Translate operational and business needs into practical technical systems.
- Own meaningful technical problems and drive solutions end-to-end.
- Improve developer productivity through tooling, automation, and AI-assisted development.
- Mentor engineers and help raise the overall technical bar.
- Help establish engineering standards, practices, and culture within a growing organization.
- Work on modernizing and migrating legacy applications into modern web-based systems.
- Develop APIs and services supporting CRM, deal management, relationship management, and workflow platforms.
- Contribute to AI-powered features and systems that surface insights from operational data.

Required Qualifications
- Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
- 10+ years of full-time hands-on Software Engineering experience.
- 6+ years of full-time hands-on React.js/Next.js or similar frontend experience.
- 4+ years of full-time hands-on AWS/Azure/GCP experience.
- Strong full-stack development experience building modern web applications.
- Strong experience designing and building scalable APIs and backend systems.
- Strong architectural and system-design experience.
- Experience working across both frontend and backend environments.
- Strong product instincts and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working in environments where systems and processes are evolving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership.
