Full Stack Developer

1. About Our Client:

The organization operates in the digital healthcare industry, addressing the challenge of expanding access to virtual care, pharmacy services, and diagnostics while making them affordable and convenient. It supports a broad patient base through a vertically-integrated digital care platform, a nationwide affiliated medical group, a large affiliated pharmacy, and a U.S.-based patient care center, with offices in multiple U.S. locations.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Full Stack Developer role on the Pharmacy Technology team focuses on designing, building, and scaling web applications that directly impact patient health outcomes. The position requires collaboration across technical and non-technical teams to deliver practical software solutions that improve patient care and platform performance.

3. Responsibilities:

• Write maintainable, well-tested code and uphold coding standards
• Coordinate changes and integrations with other engineering teams
• Design and maintain database schemas and ensure data integrity
• Drive improvements to platform reliability, performance, and quality
• Monitor platform health using metrics and logs, and resolve issues
• Stay updated on health-tech developments and apply best practices
• Engage with non-technical and healthcare partners to clarify requirements
• Follow established software development lifecycle and compliance processes

4. Requirements:

• Experience with React, PHP (Laravel), Tailwind, and MySQL
• Ability to work with external APIs and third-party services
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in health-tech, pharmacy, or regulated industries is a plus
• Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $140,000 to $160,000
