About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Quora. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or higher is preferred. Proficiency in SQL for data querying, along with experience using analytical tools such as Python, R, or similar, is required. Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and familiarity with cloud-based data platforms is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also critical for success in this role. Responsibilities Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business strategies. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and KPIs aligned with company goals. Support product development and optimization initiatives through data-driven recommendations. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate feature performance and user engagement. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.
