About the Role
The Data Analyst role is central to defining and measuring performance metrics that drive growth within the organization's AI services and partnerships. The position is responsible for establishing metrics, experimentation practices, and insight systems that simplify complex data into actionable business decisions. The role directly impacts commercial outcomes by translating raw data into clarity around revenue, quality, and profitability, supporting commercial growth, delivery excellence, and product development.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop performance metrics and comprehensive reporting frameworks
- Build scalable dashboards and structure experiments to evaluate business outcomes
- Analyze data using SQL and Python to generate actionable insights
- Present data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate across Product, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams
- Drive experimentation design and analysis to support high-stakes decision-making
- Connect operational data to financial and commercial performance to track margin and profitability
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong skills in Python (including pandas and automation)
- Experience building scalable reporting frameworks using BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
- Expertise in designing and analyzing A/B or operational experiments with a strong statistical foundation
- Ability to link operational metrics to revenue, margin, and broader financial outcomes
- Proven autonomy in prioritizing and driving initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Effective stakeholder management across multiple functions
- Understanding of B2B and two-sided marketplace economics and metrics
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Compensation
