We are currently looking for a Business Analyst (Payments / D2C eCommerce) to join a strategic initiative focused on enhancing digital commerce platforms and payment solutions.

In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, aligned, and translated into scalable digital solutions.

🛠️ Your Tasks

• Analyze and document business requirements for D2C technology and payment initiatives
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and stakeholders
• Define and improve processes, workflows, and functional specifications
• Ensure requirements are clear, consistent, and aligned across teams
• Support solution validation and acceptance criteria definition
• Contribute to improving requirement management practices and documentation standards

👤 Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital or eCommerce environments
• Strong experience working with D2C platforms and/or payment systems
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)
• Strong understanding of process modeling and workflow definition
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., SFCC or similar)
• Knowledge of payment ecosystems and integrations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Experience with tools like Jira or similar requirement management tools
