We’re looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead the implementation of SRE practices in a major Australian enterprise. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape the future of reliability and resilience across critical platforms from the ground up.

As our SRE Manager, you'll:

• Define and drive the SRE strategy in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Build and lead a high-performing SRE team
• Establish best practices around observability, automation, incident management, and service reliability
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to embed SRE principles across the business
