Senior Product Manager – Solana & RWA – Remote
Plexus has partnered with a leading institutional blockchain company building infrastructure that connects regulated real-world assets with public blockchain ecosystems.
The business is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of delivery across its DeFi protocol before growing into broader product ownership. This is a highly hands-on role working closely with a small engineering team to take products from roadmap through to mainnet, initially focusing on protocol delivery before expanding into lending, DEX integrations, permissionless vaults, retail onboarding and a new Earn product.
Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of the protocol roadmap, ensuring key launches and milestones are delivered on time
- Work closely with Engineering to turn product requirements into actionable work and maintain delivery momentum
- Set agendas, drive decision-making and maintain clear product and delivery documentation
- Take ownership of integrations across lending markets, DEXs, wallets, exchanges and other third parties
- Help shape permissionless vaults, retail onboarding and the upcoming Earn product
- Work with protocol teams and partners to understand integration requirements and drive projects through to production
- Balance product scope, technical constraints and regulatory requirements to protect launch timelines
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams around KYC, KYB, jurisdiction gating and other regulated requirements
- Translate technical specifications and product ideas into clear requirements for engineering
- Grow into broader product ownership across the protocol as the initial delivery mandate is completed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or technical programme/product delivery
- 2+ years delivering onchain products to mainnet within a crypto-native environment
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end product delivery and being accountable for shipping dates
- Strong understanding of DeFi concepts including lending markets, collateral, LTV, liquidations, vaults and stablecoin yield
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work confidently with engineering teams
- Comfortable working with technical specifications and turning product concepts into actionable engineering requirements
- Experience working with regulated products and navigating KYC, KYB, jurisdictional restrictions and legal reviews
- Strong stakeholder management and third-party integration experience
Nice to have:
- Experience delivering products on Solana
- Experience with yield vaults or other Solana DeFi products
- RWA, tokenisation or institutional digital asset experience
- Developer-facing or API product experience
- Experience integrating with DEXs, lending markets, wallets, neobanks or exchanges
- Commercial negotiation experience with third-party partners
- Experience working with Rust or closely with Rust engineers
