The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will own our entire marketing function fromday one. This isn’t a “wait for instructions” job — you’ll be the architect of our go-to-market

strategy, the driver of lead generation, and the builder of our brand presence.

Daily: Increase inbound opportunities while lowering CAC and boosting pipeline

revenue.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and have the autonomy to set the playbook — from paid

acquisition to conference marketing, brand positioning to content strategy.

Must-Haves

• Proven B2B SaaS growth marketing experience (bonus if in payments, fintech, or
• high-risk merchant services).
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies from scratch.
• Skilled in conference/event marketing and maximising ROI from industry events.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and Salesforce.
• Actively learning and applying new AI marketing tools — never stuck in old ways.
• Willing to work between US and UK time zones.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in payment processing, fintech, or e-commerce SaaS.
• Knowledge of CRO, SEO, and inbound content funnels.
• Strong network in fintech or high-risk merchant industries.
