Senior Affiliate Manager – Crypto Casino & Sportsbook

We’re looking for an experienced, target driven, Senior Affiliate Manager with a deep understanding of the crypto iGaming space to lead and grow our affiliate acquisition program. This is a high-impact role focused on sourcing quality traffic, building affiliate relationships, and optimizing campaign performance across markets.

The candidate

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an affiliate manager on the operator side within the Crypto iGaming industry.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities.
• Great understanding of acquisition metrics such as ROI, ADPU, ARPU, CR, etc.
• A broad network of Publishers connections across multiple traffic sources and markets.
• Strong proficiency in relationship management and negotiation, coupled with clear communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure, with a track record of success.
• Aptitude for quick and accurate problem-solving.

Desirable but not essential

• Familiarity with decentralized advertising platforms, Web3 native analytics, or on-chain user tracking.
• Previously experience with using Cellxpert as an affiliate platform
• Understanding of Telegram, Discord, and other community channels for crypto marketing.
• Affiliate experience targeting LATAM, CIS, or SE Asia crypto-gaming markets.
• Background in media buying or paid crypto traffic management.
• Ability to speak Spanish

The Role

• Develop and execute the overall affiliate strategy for crypto casino and sportsbook verticals.
• Build, grow, and maintain relationships with key affiliates, influencers, and traffic partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and commission models in line with KPIs and budget constraints.
• Optimise performance through data-led reporting and campaign analysis.
• Manage affiliate budgets, monthly spend, and cost-efficiency in line with ROI targets.
• Onboard new partners and ensure they are supported with creatives, tracking links, and tech requirements.
• Travel to conferences and expos (e.g. iGB, SiGMA, AIBC) to network and grow the affiliate base.
• Test new channels and traffic sources including Web3-native marketing funnels.
