Cracked Developer (any level of experience)

We are building pipeline to allow very clever humans to efficiently build terminal bench style (https://www.tbench.ai/) tasks which are too hard for the leading ML models to solve. We are literally determining what the next gen of frontier models will look like in 2026 by creating the data that trains them.

We're looking for someone to help build that pipeline. Someone who

• can ship non-buggy python features very quick
• is easy to communicate with
• VERY good at coding
• willing to work the dumb stupid long hours we do till the end of the year at least
• can work fully remote

Ideal start is today, but we're flexible. 

Qualifications

• You do not need ANY professional experience
• You need to be able to demonstrate that you are VERY good at coding

Ideal Qualifications

• You are very good with python
• You are very good with AI coding tools
• You are very good at cloud infrastructure
• Experience with git
• No age requirements, but someone < 25 is probably going to be the best fit

Responsibilities

• Build very good code for our human-assistance pipeline very very quick

Hit us with a resume, but more importantly a link to your most impressive accomplishment. Last time we did this we got swamped, but we will spend 2-3 minutes looking at each one. Anything unverifiable we will skip.

Pay is between 39 and 89 AUD per hour depending on level of cracked.
