We're looking for a Front End Developer to help create user-friendly, high-performing digital applications that support staff and service users across the UK. What you’ll do

• Develop responsive, accessible web applications for internal teams and external users.
• Build feature-rich interfaces using React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate across product and UX teams to enhance digital performance and usability.
• Implement automated UI testing to ensure reliability and high performance.
• Use analytics and user insights to continuously improve user experience.
• Contribute to front-end best practices in accessibility, inclusivity, and design.

About you

• Proven experience building complex web applications with Next.js and React (Hooks, Context API, Server/Client Components).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• A deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.
• Experience building performant, scalable solutions that serve large user bases.
• Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional teams and agile environments.
