Senior Product Manager – AI Co-pilots

THE CHALLENGE

Outter is redefining how users engage with digital products.

Our AI Co-pilots sit inside products to guide users from “say” to “done” – helping them onboard, explore, upgrade, and achieve more without leaving the interface.

Unlike generic chatbots, our co-pilots understand intent, follow context, and take real actions through product APIs. They become an always-on success layer, turning curiosity into outcomes and boosting retention, conversion, and revenue.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of our co-pilots – turning customer problems into features for the co-pilots that feel like a natural part of their product.

WHAT YOU’LL DRIVE

• Product Vision – Shape the roadmap for Outter Co-pilots, ensuring they deliver tangible business value for our clients.
• Customer Discovery – Work closely with clients across SaaS, EdTech, marketplaces, and mobile apps to uncover workflows where a co-pilot can truly shine.
• Experience Design – Define how co-pilots onboard, guide, recommend, and act—ensuring interactions feel natural, on-brand, and purposeful.
• Outcome-Driven Prioritisation – Select and sequence features based on adoption, engagement, and revenue impact.
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with engineering, AI, and design teams to deliver high-quality, in-product experiences at speed.
• Launch & Optimisation – Partner with clients on go-to-market for their co-pilot, track performance, and iterate for maximum ROI.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years in product management, ideally for SaaS, B2B2C platform, or in-product AI experiences.
• Proven ability to deliver features that drive measurable improvements in onboarding, conversion, or retention.
• Experience working with conversational or guided workflows – AI, automation, or in-app assistance.
• Strong understanding of how product, design, and AI capabilities intersect to deliver a seamless user journey.
• Skilled at turning customer insight into elegant, intuitive product experiences.
• Clear, confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
