We’re Nimblebot — a global creative agency with razor-thin margins and sky-high standards. We’re looking for an obsessive, detail-driven Creative Account Manager who wants the career leap of a lifetime: owning client relationships, guiding creative teams, and leveling up to Account Director faster than the big agencies will ever allow. Remote, based in Poland.

Role Overview: This role is designed for someone ready to step up: you’ll handle the day-to-day relationships and project flow while learning to uphold and extend our design standards at scale. It’s a career-making leap from account/project manager to a true creative account leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the client relationship day-to-day. From kickoff through delivery, you’ll be the voice of confidence and clarity.
  • Translate client needs into creative direction. Turn feedback and strategy into actionable briefs, scopes, and schedules.
  • Manage creative teams. Guide designers, writers, motion artists, and producers — ensuring quality, deadlines, and clarity.
  • Bring a sharp eye for design. You won’t open Illustrator, but you’ll know when typography, color, or storytelling doesn’t meet the standard — and get it fixed before it leaves the studio.
  • Project Management. Champion efficient workflows by using project management tools and documentation practices. Proactively suggest improvements to streamline collaboration across global teams.
  • Talent Resourcing & Recruitment. Build and manage a trusted network of freelance and partner talent (designers, copywriters, producers, strategists). Source and onboard new specialists when projects demand, ensuring quality, cost, and cultural fit.
  • Financial Stewardship. Track budgets, hours, and scopes to ensure projects run profitably. Prepare estimates, manage change requests, and flag risks early to keep delivery aligned with client expectations and agency goals.
  • Bridge cultures. Anticipate the nuance of Gulf clients — premium service, polish, and proactive attention to detail.

You’ll be backed by our Creative Director on critical calls (roughly 20% in year one). With mentorship, you’ll grow into running client accounts independently.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years in account/project management at branding, creative, or digital agencies.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional creative teams through multi-phase projects.
  • A personal interest in design and storytelling — you naturally notice detail, composition, and brand tone.
  • Strong instincts for quality: you can spot when creative needs refinement, and you know how to give feedback that elevates it.
  • Fluent English that builds client confidence (spoken and written); other languages a plus.
  • A proactive, detail-obsessed approach that balances client niceties with internal accountability.
  • Comfort working across time zones and cultures — especially Middle East clients.
