We are looking for a CRM Product Owner to join an international Commercial Centre of Excellence and take ownership of the CRM roadmap, backlog and continuous improvement of sales processes.
This is a flexible, remote role offering the opportunity to work across international commercial teams and make a direct impact on how CRM technology is used across the business.
The role:
- Own the CRM product vision, roadmap and backlog, aligned with business priorities.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service and commercial stakeholders to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with external technical teams to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, process designs and delivery priorities.
- Drive improvements across account and contact management, leads, opportunities, pipeline, forecasting and customer data.
- Support Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, planning, reviews and releases.
- Drive CRM adoption, user engagement and continuous improvement using feedback, usage data and business insights.
- Ensure solutions are scalable while balancing global standards with local business needs.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, CRM Manager, Business Analyst or similar.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or a comparable enterprise CRM platform.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and CRM processes.
- Experience managing backlogs and translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with external/distributed technical teams in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira or Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly across technical and commercial teams.
- A pragmatic, analytical approach with a strong focus on user adoption and business value.
