LNK7 is URL management software that helps marketers track, analyse, and monetise their links. We're taking on Bitly and TinyURL with better analytics, AI-powered insights, lower pricing, and a unique revenue share model that lets users earn from their shortened links.

We're a lean team: two developers and a business manager, all building this outside our day jobs because we spotted a gap in the market. LNK7 is our first launch, with more projects in the pipeline. The team is entirely based in the United Kingdom.

The Role

We need someone to own our marketing. Not manage it - own it.

You'll drive our presence across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and our blog. You'll help shape strategy, not just execute it. And you'll have the autonomy to test bold ideas without needing sign-off for every post.

What You'll Do

• Own content creation and posting across all channels
• Shape marketing strategy alongside the founding team
• Experiment with high-risk, high-reward campaigns (we'd rather you fail trying something ambitious than succeed with mediocre content)
• Feed customer insights back into product development
• Create platform-specific content, including video where relevant
• There is no preference to our marketing direction, this is a clean slate to showcase you and your ideas

What We're Looking For

Someone who:

• Has real marketing experience (not just theory)
• Understands organic growth (algrothims, webhooks etc) on TikTok, X, and Instagram
• Creates authentic content, not AI-generated slop
• Is comfortable appearing in content when it makes sense
• Wants to build something meaningful, not just collect a paycheck
• Can justify their strategy and learn from failures

The Deal

• £15/hour for months 2, then £20/hour ongoing. If goals are met, we will reward with significant bonus related payouts.
• 8-10 hours per week, fully flexible schedule

You rely on ChatGPT to churn out marketing (as a team who just built an AI-powered SaaS platform, we could auotmate this ourselves) or need constant direction on what you are doing.
