Solar Project Manager - Starting at $85k (REMOTE)

We’re Hiring: Solar Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to join our team in a remote role.

This position is a strong fit for someone with hands-on experience in the commercial solar industry, either running installations or currently managing commercial solar projects. In this role, you’ll help move projects from post-sale handoff through execution by managing submittals, placing orders, coordinating with manufacturers, and keeping communication and documentation on track throughout the life of the project.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage commercial solar projects after the sale is made
• Prepare, review, and coordinate submittals, project documents, and related deliverables
• Place orders and work directly with manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to support on-time completion
• Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Review drawings, specifications, and requirements to help keep procurement and execution aligned
• Track shipments, coordinate returns when needed, and follow through on open project items
• Maintain strong communication with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders
• Help manage change orders and support overall project profitability

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the commercial solar industry is required
• Background either running commercial solar installations or serving as a project manager on commercial solar projects
• Experience preparing and reviewing submittals, placing orders, and working directly with manufacturers
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment

Location: Remote

Compensation: Starting at $85,000
