We’re looking for a Technical CRM Manager with strong Braze expertise to support a fast-paced CRM transformation project. This is a hands-on role focused on building and implementing a CRM infrastructure from the ground up.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how CRM is set up, structured, and activated ahead of a key trading period, working across implementation, segmentation, and campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and setup of Braze
- Ensure the CRM platform is correctly structured and scalable
- Build and manage audience segmentation strategies
- Set up and deploy CRM campaigns across relevant channels
- Oversee channel configuration and integration
- Run testing, optimisation, and performance improvements
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience implementing and managing Braze (end-to-end)
- Strong technical CRM background with platform setup experience
- Experience with audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing
- Ability to build and execute CRM campaigns independently
- Confident working in fast-paced, transformation-led environments
- Data-led mindset with a focus on testing and optimisation
Project Scope & Duration - Approx. 2 month contract
Day Rate - £300 - £400pd depending on experience
Location & Workplace Policy - Fully remote
IR35 Status - Outside IR35
