What You'll Be DoingProduct Ownership & Backlog Management
- Own the product backlog for one or more digital scrum teams supporting Arrow.com
- Translate business requirements, use cases, and platform goals into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story prioritization in collaboration with product managers and program leads
- Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and compliance standards
Technical & Business Analysis
- Partner with enterprise architects and developers to assess solution feasibility and platform fit
- Facilitate functional and technical requirement gathering with business analysts and domain SMEs
- Support documentation of technical specifications, payload schemas, API contracts, and integration points
- Collaborate with QA to define test cases and align with Definition of Done (DoD)
Program & Cross-Team Coordination
- Participate in cross-team Scrum-of-Scrums and release planning for complex digital initiatives
- Manage dependencies across APIs, frontend components (e.g., Angular, React), and backend services (e.g., Spring Boot, Salesforce, SAP)
- Ensure technical stories, enablers, and architectural spikes are properly represented in planning cycles
- Help align UAT readiness, data flow validation, and SIT coordination across functional teams
Communication & Governance
- Serve as the bridge between Business Product Managers and IT scrum delivery teams
- Provide regular updates on feature readiness, velocity, impediments, and risks
- Ensure alignment to Arrow’s enterprise digital governance standards and delivery methodologies (Scrum-Fall)
- Support release managers with documentation needed for production deployment and hypercare readiness
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Analyst in enterprise IT or digital organizations
- Proven ability to translate business goals into technical epics, stories, and workflows
- Strong understanding of APIs, data models, user journeys, and software architecture
- Experience delivering projects using Agile Scrum and hybrid (Scrum-Fall) models
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and backlog tools (e.g., Aha!)
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies
- Advanced English Skills (Written and verbal).

- Experience with eCommerce, B2B platforms, or digital transformation programs
- Knowledge of Angular/React frontend frameworks and Spring Boot or Java-based backend services
- Understanding of DevOps, QA automation, test case management, and release readiness
- Exposure to enterprise architecture, data flow mapping, and integration patterns
